COVID-19 Delivery Information

Following the UK Government’s Covid-19 announcements, we have implemented extra measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

The parcel is delivered to your door, but moving forward all carriers will operate a contact-free delivery service, which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel. 

If you need your order more urgently, we recommend upgrading your shipping option to Next Day Delivery at checkout to reduce delays.

We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure the safety of our colleagues at this time. You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website. Once you have shopped with us, you will receive emails updating you on the progress of your order. If you require further assistance, please get in touch with us here.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours.We provide door-to-door delivery.

We choose the fastest courier for your item(s) depending on the size and weight of each item so orders are shipped separately.

We are pleased to offer free standard tracked delivery on all orders to the UK mainland with Parcel Force and UPS delivery services.

All delivery timescales are subject to availability.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer delivery to PO boxes.

We will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

We will only consider claims for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.

We are not able to provide an exact delivery time. Our delivery partners deliver daily between 8am and 8pm.
